» GENERAL POLICY:

• Minimum length of Stay 3 nights is required for all bookings

• Rates are only applicable for guests travelling on an FIT basis, not applicable to groups (8 Rooms and more), trade missions, exhibition delegates or corporate travellers.

• DOUBLE BOOKINGS - In the case that the Hotel has sufficient reason to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third party source, the Hotel may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, even if from allotment, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled, followed by new request from the Company to the Hotel. The new request will then be dealt as per current availability chart.

• MINIMUM AGE - Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

• NAME CHANGE - No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed.

• RAMADAN & RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS - Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date. The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.

New Year T&C

• Minimum Lenght of Stay is 4 Nights for arrivals between December 29, 2024 – January 02, 2025 (inclusive)

• New Year Gala Dinner is compulsory and charges stated in the Rate Sheet.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.

• Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

• Check-out is not possible on 31st of December 2024 & 31st of December 2025.

Early check in and late check out (subject to hotel availability)

• Early check in and late check out (subject to hotel availability)

• Check-in before 09:00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate

• Check-in between 09:00 Hrs and 15:00 Hrs: 50% of the nightly contracted room rate

• Check-out between 12:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs: 50% of the nightly contracted room rate

• Check-out after 18:00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate

Child Policy, Extra Bed and Room Occupancy

• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable as per Rate Sheet Page.

• Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed 80 x 195cm and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive) and subject to availability

• Only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached)

• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults

Meal Supplement Terms and Conditions:

• Half Board is provided with breakfast and dinner (food only) in the main All-day dining restaurant. (There is no option to
exchange dinner with lunch).
• Cover Charge might be applied in A La Carte Restaurants.
• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time
depending on hotel occupancy or weather conditions or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.
• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.
A deposit of extras of specified amount room per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in, for incidentals. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, if extras are not consumed.

Minimum Length of Stay:
