Location: The Castle is set among ancient pine trees in a remote part of Borovets, a secluded mountain hideaway that suits outdoor living in every season and gatherings of every kind.



Accommodation: The Castle is a three-storey private residence with no elevators. Only the entire villa is offered for booking, as exclusive villa-style stays rather than a conventional hotel inventory, with several distinct sleeping areas and private bathrooms. Heating is central, gas-fired.



Pools: An outdoor seasonal pool is available in the grounds (01. 06? 30. 09) . Depending on weather, some facilities may not be fully operational at the start and end of the season.



About the Hotel: Once a closely guarded private home, The Castle is now a special holiday residence. The grounds cover some 4, 500 sq. m and include an outdoor seasonal pool, a 50 sq. m dining room with a table for up to 12 and a fireplace, a cigar room, a fully equipped kitchen, a relax zone, a striking hallway, a gas barbecue, a marquee with a table for eight, and a fire pit.



Sports and Activities: Guests have a spa zone with Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness. The setting is ideal for year-round outdoor pursuits; horseback riding and ATV and UTV trips can be arranged.



SPA and Wellness: A spa zone with Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness is at guests? disposal.



Accessibility: The villa has no adapted rooms for people with disabilities. There are no elevators in the three-storey building.



Babies and Occupancy: A baby cot is free of charge with prior reservation. Infants do not count toward the maximum occupancy.



Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel.



Notes: Depending on weather conditions, some of the hotel's facilities may not be fully operational at the beginning and end of the season.



3-BEDROOM VILLA: The full residence offers about 900 sq. m of living space, with four double beds in total across the villa. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults.
